The role
A Senior IT Technician supports complex technical issues, manages device deployment, and contributes to infrastructure projects while maintaining documentation and collaborating with internal and external teams. The role requires strong technical skills in Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking, alongside troubleshooting and analytical abilities. Candidates should have experience supporting IT systems, migrations, and security practices, and possess excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of ITSM platforms, cybersecurity fundamentals, and relevant certifications are advantageous. The position offers opportunities to develop expertise across cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure, facilitating progression into senior leadership roles. Candidates must have the right to work in the United Kingdom and be available for in-person work in Nottingham.
