The role
The Influencer Manager at WillPowders will oversee the entire creator ecosystem, from talent identification to developing strategic long-term partnerships that boost brand awareness and engagement. The role requires collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to ensure all content aligns with brand values and maintains credibility. Responsibilities include talent sourcing, outreach, negotiations, contract management, content oversight, performance tracking, and community building. Candidates should have 3–5 years' experience in influencer roles, excellent communication skills, and a strong network in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle sectors. This position offers ownership of a growth channel, access to senior leadership, and the opportunity to influence multiple verticals in a dynamic environment. The role is based in Wakefield, with options for relocation support and hybrid working arrangements.
