The role
Own and drive analytics for the Deliveries portfolio, translating data into actionable product insights that impact users, drivers, and merchants.
Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and business teams to define key product metrics and design experiments, including A/B tests.
Uncover trends, detect anomalies, and tell compelling data-driven stories that inform decision-making.
Design and maintain data specifications for new products, ensuring accurate data collection in partnership with engineering.
Develop dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, Power BI) and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
Drive platform improvements and enhance user experience by improving data quality, measurement, and experimental maturity.
