The role
Design and build scalable data pipelines and analytical data products that empower rapid analytical decision-making for Engine initiatives.
Own data reliability and data quality across the Engine data science scope.
Uplevel the team with best practices, testing, guardrails, and new tools and technologies.
Perform dashboards and data analysis to generate business insights and manage the analytical solution roadmap.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other data scientists to translate business goals into scalable data solutions.
Advise on growth strategies by applying insights, strategy, and leadership while balancing experimentation and productionization.
