Food preparation and service professional: High school diploma or equivalent. 3-12 months of culinary training. Fast-paced rural work environment. Prepare and cook meals, manage inventory, and order supplies. Supervise kitchen staff. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to lift 100-132 lbs.
