The role
Line 1: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced user-understanding models that power ad ranking, CVR predictions, and personalized recommendations.
Line 2: Ensure model quality and reliability through continuous monitoring, calibration, and handling data drift or delayed feedback.
Line 3: Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the long-term technical vision and oversee project execution.
Line 4: Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-engineering stakeholders and translate business goals into measurable ML solutions.
Line 5: Apply expertise in large-scale data systems and experimentation to design metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
Line 6: Bring practical experience in productionizing optimization algorithms or RL techniques within ad-delivery platforms.
