The role
We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join a local agency team as a Customer Service Representative.
Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
Use a needs-based review to educate clients about insurance and financial options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market the right products and services.
Provide bilingual service (Spanish required) and collaborate in a team environment.
