The role
Join a dedicated care team to support patients in home-based care.
Coordinate patient visits and respond to requests to enable clinicians to deliver care.
Qualifications include A-Levels or equivalent and two years of customer service; individuals without medical education may need to complete a Medical Terminology course within six months.
An Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred; strong computer skills and administrative abilities are required.
Demonstrate empathy, effective communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Relocation is not available; this is an on-site role requiring flexibility to adapt to changing care needs.
