The role
The role involves daily management and operation of database systems, ensuring high availability and performance levels. The candidate will conduct database tuning, optimisation, and proactive maintenance across MSSQL landscapes. Responsibilities also include remediating vulnerabilities, supporting out-of-hours operations, and maintaining technical documentation. Enforcing data governance policies to ensure data confidentiality and integrity is essential. The position requires experience with support roles, MSSQL, and working independently or collaboratively. Knowledge of Powershell and SC clearance are advantageous in this environment.
