The role
The Legal Counsel will provide hands-on legal support for complex technology transactions across the Americas, with primary focus on North America, in a fully remote capacity.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including hardware terms of sale, software licenses, SaaS and cloud services, professional services, channel partner and distribution, IT supplier, and confidentiality agreements.
Advise on contract, corporate, and regulatory matters, supporting certifications and compliance requests from customers and third parties.
Identify and implement improvements to contracting processes, risk management practices, and overall contracting efficiency while ensuring adherence to policies and risk standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on intellectual property, privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, and corporate matters; partner with senior members of the legal team on strategic projects.
Stay current on developments in contract law and regulatory requirements, delivering practical risk mitigation and business-focused guidance.
