Provide WOW! customer service at the front desk for families and swimmers.
Assist with class scheduling and billing to keep operations organized and accurate.
Engage in sales activities to promote memberships while maintaining integrity.
Maintain a warm, welcoming lobby experience and support safety policies.
Demonstrate high energy, strong communication, and ability to work with children.
