The role
Review clinical documentation to ensure it clearly reflects the skilled care provided and demonstrates medical necessity per regulatory guidelines.
Schedule, lead, and tailor educational sessions based on findings from documentation reviews.
Partner with clinical leadership and the compliance team to promote consistent, compliant documentation practices.
Develop and continuously improve education materials to support clinicians in documentation excellence.
Provide ongoing support to the clinical operations team on documentation-related matters.
Succeed in a fast-paced environment with strong communication, time management, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
