The role
Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse inpatient populations in a medical-surgical setting.
Administer prescribed medications, monitor vital signs, and implement care plans under physician direction.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support high-quality patient outcomes and discharge planning.
Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care to maximize recovery and safety.
Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record.
