The role
Own an end-to-end portfolio of fraud-risk products or markets and drive measurable loss and decline improvements.
Lead a focused team of 3–6 Data Scientists, mentoring and aligning to business priorities.
Design holistic fraud-prevention strategies from data exploration to deployment and monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to balance risk controls with customer experience.
Monitor model health, drift, and performance metrics; diagnose root causes of anomalies.
Communicate insights clearly to engineers, product managers, and risk/compliance stakeholders to drive policy and product improvements.
