The role
Lead and line-manage a small team of Data Scientists focused on Applied AI, guiding project work from discovery to production.
Oversee multiple AI initiatives, balancing delivery with best practices, standardization, and scalable impact.
Collaborate with product, UX, data analytics and engineering, translating business needs into AI deliverables and occasionally contribute to hands-on work.
Prioritize and shape AI deliverables across innovation, maintenance, research, and foundational efforts, aligned with roadmaps and MLOps requirements.
Leverage NLP, topic modelling, recommendations, classification and generative AI to improve models; drive deployment, maintenance, and process standardization with the MLOps team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and growth; attract and retain AI scientists and ensure high technical quality and risk management.
