The role
The role of a Salesforce Business Analyst involves taking ownership of analysis and requirements within GTM technology projects, ensuring projects are well-defined and aligned with business needs. They manage the full product lifecycle, from requirements to deployment, prioritising clarity and managing risks proactively. They act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities, identify opportunities for improvement, and maintain an understanding of business domains such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commercial. They analyse business problems, translate requirements for technical teams, and foster strong stakeholder relationships through workshops and documentation. The role requires excellent communication skills, technical understanding, and experience managing Salesforce projects within agile environments. The position entails active engagement at every project stage and contributing to data governance and reporting efforts.
