Associate Attorney - Complex Litigation (Remote CA)

The role
The associate attorney will handle complex litigation, including consumer claims, individual actions in state and federal court, and class action defense.
Key focus on motions, discovery, and depositions, with optional deposition experience.
Fully remote within California, with optional hybrid access in Manhattan Beach or Downtown Los Angeles.
Target approximately 1800 billable hours per year, about one trial annually, and multiple arbitrations.
Collaborate with in-house teams, engage with clients, and pursue a clear path to partnership.
