The role
Design and build agentic testing frameworks to proactively identify quality issues and edge cases across complex hardware and software systems.
Develop rigorous, data-driven approaches for training AI models and implementing algorithms at scale.
Create scalable, reusable tooling and infrastructure to enable continuous quality analysis throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead context engineering strategies to ensure robust internal quality workflows and reliable decision-making.
Integrate cutting-edge ML research into practical QA solutions; establish, track, and analyze quality metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional partners; mentor teammates and advocate best practices in AI, software engineering, and quality.
