The role
Legal Counsel role overseeing contracts, employment law, M&A, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
Provide actionable legal guidance to the Founder and leadership team, aligning legal strategy with business goals.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including sales, vendor, and partnership agreements; lead M&A due diligence and deal structuring.
Manage all litigation activities, coordinate with external counsel, and develop proactive risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee the company’s intellectual property portfolio (patents, trademarks, copyrights) and data privacy compliance.
Collaborate with HR on employment matters and ensure governance and regulatory compliance across departments.
