The role
Lead end-to-end data science initiatives in the e-commerce domain, translating complex data into strategic business insights.
Apply descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to explain performance and forecast outcomes.
Design, analyze, and interpret rigorous A/B tests and experiments to drive business value.
Partner with category teams, data engineering, and product stakeholders to deliver scalable analytical solutions.
Develop automated analytics frameworks, ensure data quality and governance, and present insights to senior leadership.
Own projects from framing to execution with strong communication, prioritization, and adaptability in ambiguity.
