The role
Own and manage a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
Develop case strategies, evaluate liability and damages, and assess settlement and trial value.
Conduct client consultations, provide clear legal guidance, and maintain exceptional communication throughout the case.
Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements; conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
Negotiate aggressively with insurance carriers and defense counsel to secure favorable outcomes; prepare and try cases when necessary.
Lead and collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient, compliant, and organized case management.
