The role
Provide fast, friendly service by greeting customers, assessing their needs, and recommending solutions.
Build product knowledge and use store tools to help customers understand options and complete projects.
Qualify customers, upsell when appropriate, and close sales to meet department goals.
Maintain in-stock conditions and ensure the department is clean, shop-able, and safe.
Follow safety policies, address hazards promptly, and contribute to a safe shopping environment.
Collaborate with the Department Supervisor and teammates across departments to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
