The role
Lead the design and implementation of GenAI-powered backend systems and prompt orchestration to enhance AI-driven workflows for customer service.
Collaborate with product, design, data science, and engineering teams to build scalable, reliable service-oriented architectures.
Define technical vision for RAG-based patterns, memory routing, and agent planning, and integrate LLMs with APIs and vector databases.
Own the full development lifecycle—from technical design to testing, experimentation, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
Develop and refine AI prompts, prompt engineering strategies, and governance to maximize AI effectiveness while ensuring resilience and safety.
Mentor teammates, participate in code and design reviews, and drive agile processes to improve team productivity and software quality.
