The role
Develop and execute a people analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
Aggregate data from HRIS, surveys, and performance metrics to create a holistic workforce view.
Define KPIs, establish benchmarks, and build dashboards to monitor engagement, productivity, and turnover.
Apply predictive and advanced analytics to forecast trends and inform talent management and hiring.
Translate findings into actionable recommendations and compelling storytelling for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with HR, business leads, and IT to ensure data quality, governance, and effective data-driven initiatives.
