The role
Lead and deliver HR M&A engagements including due diligence (buy-side and sell-side), integration, and separation planning.
Define future-state HR governance, organizational design, and employee experience for transactions from early diligence through Day 1 go-live.
Manage cross-functional HR workstreams, drive data-driven insights, and deliver high-quality client service with strong communication.
Identify and pursue follow-on opportunities, supporting business development through proposals and client presentations.
Lead and motivate teams, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations across global contexts.
Leverage evolving technology—AI, data analytics, and HR IT options—to enhance workflows, deliverables, and stakeholder value in a hybrid work model.
