The role
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will assemble and test high-specification instruments in line with production schedules, following SOPs and quality standards.
You will participate in daily stand-up meetings to share updates, listen to teammates, and foster open communication.
You will support continuous improvement initiatives by applying daily management tools to identify opportunities and streamline processes.
Collaborate across teams, working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to achieve shared goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Take ownership of safety and sustainability practices, ensuring responsible operations that protect people and the environment.
