The role
Lead regulatory and compliance strategy across privacy, energy regulation, and data governance to enable clean energy outcomes.
Drive risk management, monitor performance metrics, and analyze trends to fuel continuous improvement.
Oversee incident response, regulatory submissions, and data requests while delivering expert guidance through consultations and scorecard reporting.
Advance compliance programs via gap analyses, risk mitigation, and support for legislative initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external groups to benchmark programs, implement projects, and establish data governance frameworks.
Ensure protection of assets and highly sensitive data, upholding high standards of conduct and clear communications to stakeholders.
