The role
Lead analytics work to optimize product engagement, retention, and conversion through rigorous experimentation and data-driven insights.
Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to define hypotheses and design A/B tests and quasi-experiments.
Perform deep-dive analyses of user behavior using statistical methods and machine learning to uncover trends and root causes.
Translate complex findings into strategic recommendations and actionable product improvements.
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor real-time performance and communicate insights across teams.
Shape prioritization and decision-making with data-driven storytelling and strong collaboration.
