The role
Lead data science initiatives by translating complex business questions into data-driven strategies and actionable insights.
Design and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions, including LLM/Agentic approaches, that integrate into software products.
Develop prototypes, production-ready models, and probability engines, with complete ownership of outcomes and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and product owners in Agile environments; mentor junior data scientists and contribute to architecture decisions.
Consolidate unstructured data, perform deep dive analyses, and communicate technical progress clearly to non-technical audiences.
Strong emphasis on Python, statistics, ML/DL, NLP, model deployment, and translating business questions into data science problems; relevant advanced degrees desirable.
