The role
Lead and manage data science projects to address regional risk challenges across the payments ecosystem.
Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and reporting systems to support analysis and decision-making.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform risk strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data needs into actionable recommendations.
Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation processes; monitor model performance.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists to foster continuous learning and high-impact delivery.
