The role
We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our Executive Compensation + Benefits team.
Provide expert guidance on executive compensation, including equity-based and deferred compensation, and welfare benefit plans.
Draft and review employment, severance, and equity award agreements to meet client objectives.
Advise a diverse range of private and public companies across industries on compensation strategy and regulatory compliance.
Conduct rigorous research and analysis, and collaborate with clients to implement practical compensation solutions.
Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits law; J.D. from an accredited law school; bar admission; strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
