The role
Maintain deep expertise in registration processes to ensure accurate, regulator-ready data across firm systems.
Manage and sustain proper security registrations for financial professionals and branch offices, ensuring timely compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design efficient processes that maximize value while minimizing resource needs.
Interpret regulatory changes with vendors, regulators, and external partners, including state regulations affecting business processes.
Act as a subject matter expert on projects, lead smaller initiatives, and coach peers through training and guidance.
Support upgrades and testing, apply firm policies, and make compliant business decisions through data-driven insights.
