The role
Lead and mentor a data analytics team focused on Oracle-based solutions to deliver high-quality data architecture and analytics services.
Design, implement, and govern data architecture strategies, data models, and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across cloud environments.
Collect, cleanse, transform, model, visualize, and analyze data using Oracle Database, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and related tools to derive actionable insights.
Manage client accounts, plan projects, budgets, timelines, and ensure quality, integrity, and timely delivery while fostering collaboration.
Drive innovation, advocate technology adoption, and mentor juniors while addressing conflicts and maintaining professional standards.
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance, while translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.
