The role
Embed with strategic customers to understand their support workflows, data, and business challenges—identifying where AI can deliver measurable impact.
Drive adoption of Fin by helping customers automate and scale their support operations through data-driven solutions.
Prototype and test AI-powered analytics, iterating quickly to deliver bespoke tools that accelerate value realization.
Collaborate across Sales, Success, and Product to deliver seamless deployments and create feedback loops that shape product development.
Advise customers on measurement, AI adoption best practices, and how to realize the full value of AI-enabled support.
Be willing to travel and work on-site to build deep relationships and capture insights firsthand.
