The role
Lead the design and deployment of scalable back-end services powering AI applications, including model serving and agent orchestration.
Define software architecture standards and patterns to ensure low-latency, high-throughput performance and robust reliability.
Drive cross-organizational collaboration with data scientists and ML engineers to define production-ready integration patterns for AI models and agents.
Shape cloud-native architectures and tooling for scalable AI applications, prioritizing developer productivity and maintainability.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior engineers through architectural reviews and strategic initiatives.
Explore, prototype, and operationalize emerging AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems) turning findings into production-ready solutions.
