The role
Own and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable within a construction project environment.
Handle detailed construction billing, track job costs, and reconcile vendor statements.
Maintain organized financial records and ensure invoices reconcile accurately.
Use Excel daily for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Ideal candidates bring project-based accounting experience, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
