The role
Provide data analysis and business insights to drive revenue growth through ads data.
Create a data-driven decision-making environment by translating analyses into actionable recommendations for the Sales team.
Define analytical frameworks, perform advanced analytics, and automate reporting for Ads Sales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate findings, and propose data-based strategies.
Lead and mentor team members, guiding growth and ensuring project delivery.
Qualifications include 5+ years of data analysis, proficiency in SQL plus R or Python, experience with visualization tools, and business English; ML exposure is a plus.
