The role
Design, build, and ship AI-powered tools that automate the software development lifecycle from code commit to production deployment. Convert AI concepts into concrete, measurable products that improve code quality, reduce defects, and accelerate release cycles. Develop AI-powered log analysis, deployment automation, and CI problem resolution tools with robust telemetry and governance. Create AI agent orchestration layers, modular AI architectures for incremental feature additions, and one-click deployment with intelligent validation and rollback capabilities. Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Platform teams to improve reliability and developer velocity, and perform data-driven root-cause analysis for automation failures. Demonstrate strong execution by shipping production-grade tools on schedule and iterating based on feedback and metrics in a hybrid work environment.
