The role
A leading housing provider in Sunderland seeks a Carpenter/Joiner for a 2-month contract, possibly longer. You will join a supportive repair team, engaging with residents while performing various repairs. The position requires NVQ level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery, a CSCS card, and own tools and transport. The role involves delivering high-quality repair services on time and maintaining safety standards. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in technical environments.
