The role
Own the end-to-end business development cycle for pharmaceutical excipients across North America, from identifying needs to closing opportunities.
Identify unmet customer requirements, open doors with decision-makers, and convert complex opportunities into sustainable revenue.
Engage in technical and formulation-level discussions with R&D, process development, and quality stakeholders in regulated environments.
Develop focused account strategies aligned with short- and long-term healthcare growth objectives while coordinating with Technical, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Lead multi-stakeholder initiatives involving validation, qualification, and supply readiness, navigating long qualification timelines and regulatory requirements.
Monitor industry trends and customer needs to identify high-impact growth opportunities and deliver differentiated excipient solutions.
