The role
Configure, maintain, and optimize the EMR platform and related healthcare software to support clinical and administrative workflows. Manage user roles, access controls, security, and system updates while providing training and technical support to clinicians and staff. Troubleshoot issues with vendors and IT teams, ensure data integrity, and maintain HIPAA, HITECH, and other regulatory compliance. Oversee database management, reporting, integrations, and identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements. This is an onsite role in New Hyde Park, NY, with occasional travel to other facilities and on-call availability. Ideal candidates typically have 3–5 years of EMR/EHR administration experience and a bachelor's degree in IT, health informatics, or a related field.
