The role
Lead the PMO for the Integrated Eligibility System (IES), directing multiple software delivery initiatives in federal and state government contexts.
Develop and drive program roadmaps, plans, and benefits realization across workstreams.
Manage scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and budget while ensuring alignment with compliance requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, governance, and communications to deliver measurable outcomes.
Provide executive-level reporting, stakeholder engagement, and transparent communication of progress and challenges.
Mentor staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
