The role
Conduct comprehensive research for new clients and matters, focusing on conflicts and corporate relationships using industry databases.
Prepare detailed reports on companies and individuals; collaborate with partners and attorneys to deliver requested information.
Maintain and optimize database search tools; ensure data accuracy and timely processing of requests.
Validate incoming data and guide Conflicts Team Members; contribute to initial client intake and matter review.
Communicate professionally with administration, attorneys, and support staff; assist with training and quality control.
Manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines with strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
