The role
A Retail Business Analyst partners with various departments to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decisions. The role involves performing end-to-end business analysis using SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools, and evaluating business performance through A/B testing and automated reporting solutions. Responsibilities include understanding key performance indicators, developing sales forecasts for store planning, and delivering insights via presentations and reports. Skills required include advanced SQL, Excel, and experience with BI tools, alongside strong analytical and communication abilities. The position requires a minimum of three years' experience in an analytical or technical role, preferably within retail, and a degree in a relevant discipline.
