The role
An IT support engineer provides technical assistance for user IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, handheld devices, and smartphones. They are responsible for managing Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 systems, Office 365, Teams, Google, Service Now, and other applications. The role involves administering Azure, Intune, Active Directory, and supporting LAN technologies and video conferencing equipment. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently, applying analytical problem-solving methods. A minimum of four years experience in similar roles is required, along with strong technical and business skills to ensure effective customer interactions.
