The role
Manage packing and shipment of product samples to clients, partners, and collaborators with accuracy and speed.
Own end-to-end shipping processes: labeling, carrier selection, pickups, and tracking, while maintaining detailed shipment records.
Coordinate with labs and commercial teams to ensure timely, precise deliveries and monitor packaging material inventory.
Keep the sample area organized and support process improvements to boost shipping efficiency and accuracy.
Support lab operations including equipment setup, cleanliness, inventory management, waste disposal per safety protocols, and documenting procedures.
Assist in certifications, grants, manufacturing scale-up, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
