The role
Leads projects to improve service, productivity, and cost performance in mail processing and maintenance operations using industrial engineering, standardization, and continuous improvement principles.
Analyzes daily performance data (End of Run EOR, Intelligent Plan Generator IPG) to evaluate facility performance and guides staffing to meet operating plan goals.
Analyzes and improves business processes, identifies trends, and develops strategies with recommendations to meet operational needs.
Collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams to implement initiatives and optimize workroom layouts and equipment.
Provides technical guidance on engineering practices, standardization, and continuous improvement to managers and staff.
Willingness to travel and work outside regular hours for special projects.
