The role
Seeking an Attorney in the Pre-Litigation department to negotiate pre-suit settlements for personal injury cases, emphasizing auto accident claims.
This mostly remote role includes in-office onboarding for the first 90 days, followed by a come-and-go hybrid schedule with weekly in-office meetings.
Key duties include client communication, accurate case data entry in CRM (Litify/Salesforce), and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Qualifications include an active Texas bar license, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Litify) and knowledge of auto accident claims are a plus; Spanish language skills are a plus.
Starting salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 per year, with per-case bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
