The role
Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans, promoting dignity and independence.
Assist with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, repositioning, and manual handling.
Administer medications and support clinical tasks where trained, including PEG feeding and tracheostomy care for specific roles.
Support clients with appointments and community access, and maintain accurate care records.
Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals while adhering to safeguarding and health & safety standards.
