The role
The Editorial Copy Associate proofreads, line edits, and queries articles and related materials for grammar, style, tone, logic, and concision.
They proofread digitized magazine archives to ensure clean, accurate conversions.
They craft engaging headlines and display copy in line with SEO guidelines and editorial best practices.
They coordinate with multiple stakeholders to prepare and schedule pieces for publication in the content-management system.
They manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines, working independently or as part of a team, and adapt to new editorial systems.
They bring meticulous attention to detail and strong communication, with flexibility for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
